About Me

My photo
You Know In Your Heart
I am an active pilgrim on the spiritual journey. Sometimes that is easy, but most of the time I've found it challenging. I've spent over 20 years as a coach, mentor, and guide to others on the spiritual journey. I don't claim to have the answers, but often the questions are informative and the intention is powerful. My goal in this blog is to share reflections from my journey that I think others might also find heart provoking. In the process of partnering with others on the journey, I've written several books (Leading from the Heart, The Alchemy of Fear, The Game Called Life, The New Bottom Line, and other books as yet unpublished) and done conference and keynote speaking. I find great joy in helping others have an Aha! moment. I love to cook, and what I am passionate about most in the kitchen in recent years is making delectable treats that support my need to be gluten-free. To balance my calorie intake-output, I walk, hike, bike, and most passionately dance.
